Terms and Conditions of Sale
Welcome to Professional Supply Source. All sales, quotations, and services provided by Professional Supply Source are governed by the following Terms and Conditions. By engaging in a transaction with us, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
1. Pricing and Payment

VAT: All prices quoted are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT).

Ownership: Legal ownership of all goods supplied remains vested in Professional Supply Source until the purchase price has been paid in full.

Payment Terms: A 100% deposit is required upon order reservation. Funds must reflect in our account before any collection or delivery is scheduled.

Pricing Errors: Professional Supply Source reserves the right to correct any errors in advertised prices or product descriptions across quotations and digital platforms. In such events, we will notify the consumer promptly. The client may choose to either:

Receive a full reimbursement of the amount paid; or
-
Remit the balance of the corrected price to proceed with the order.

2. Delivery and Liability

Third-Party Logistics: Professional Supply Source is not liable for any loss or damage to goods incurred by third-party carriers (e.g., transport companies, railways, or postal services), even when acting as agents on our behalf.

Outlying Areas: Standard delivery charges do not apply to remote or outlying locations. Additional mileage will result in supplementary charges.

Disclaimer: Professional Supply Source assumes no liability for harm or damage resulting from improper use, negligence, or failure to maintain equipment according to the manufacturer’s manual or standard industry practices.
3. Warranty Policy
Warranties are categorized by product type. All warranties are subject to the exclusions listed in Section 4.

Smalls: Replacement or credit for "Smalls" is at the sole discretion of Professional Supply Source and applies only to production defects identified upon delivery.

Repairs: Any item left for repair must be collected within 14 days of completion. Failure to collect may result in the item being sold to defray storage and repair costs.
4. Warranty Invalidity and Exclusions
A warranty claim will be deemed invalid if the fault is a result of:

Improper use or negligence.

Incorrect voltage, power surges, or faulty building wiring.

Failure to adhere to operating instructions.
-
Unauthorized Installation: Any equipment not installed by a Qualified Professional Supply Source Technician voids the warranty.

Repair Quotes: Quotes for repairs are estimates; additional parts required during the process will be charged within reasonable limits.
5. Repair Procedures

Carry-In Items: Countertop or portable units must be delivered to a Professional Supply Source service center. A copy of the original invoice is mandatory.

Large Appliances: For fixed equipment, the client must contact the service center to arrange an on-site technician. An invoice must be provided via email/fax prior to dispatch.

Lead Times: While we aim for a 48-hour turnaround, we are not liable for delays caused by parts availability or technician scheduling, nor for any resulting loss of income.
6. Returns and Exchange Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, returns are governed by the following criteria:

Standard Return Window: Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Condition: Goods must be unused, in original undamaged packaging, and include all manuals, accessories, and documentation.

Exclusions: Personalized items, custom buyouts, and fragile products (as specified) are not eligible for "change of mind" returns.

Shipping: All costs for returning stock are for the customer’s account. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Handling Fees: Professional Supply Source reserves the right to impose a handling fee or refuse credit for returns that do not meet these criteria.
7. Defective or Damaged Goods

Reporting: Visible damage must be reported in writing within 24 hours of delivery.

Transit Damage: Professional Supply Source will not exchange items damaged by third-party couriers.

Defects: For items that are defective or fail within the first 7 days, Professional Supply Source will provide an exchange or credit, provided the item is returned to the showroom in its original packaging.

Incorrect Delivery: Professional Supply Source will rectify erroneously delivered items by providing the correct goods or a credit, subject to the conditions in Section 6.
