Professional Supply Source Terms & Conditions

Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Professional Supply Source (referred to below as "the Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, located at www.professionalsupplysource.com (the "Site"), and outline the rules, regulations, and legal obligations associated with purchasing our commercial equipment, industrial machinery, and structural solutions.

By accessing this Site, placing an order, or engaging with our commercial services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of this Site.

1. Business Identity and Operations

Professional Supply Source is a registered commercial supplier operating out of Malmesbury, Western Cape, South Africa. We specialize in business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) distribution of industrial catering equipment, commercial refrigeration, custom mobile trailers, shipping containers, and event infrastructure.

2. Product Information and Accuracy

  • Specifications: We make every effort to display the dimensions, electrical requirements, capacities, and technical specifications of our heavy machinery as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur based on manufacturer updates.

  • Pricing: All prices displayed on our website are subject to change without prior notice. While we strive for absolute accuracy, typing errors or system glitches may occasionally result in incorrect pricing. In the rare event that an item is ordered at an incorrect price, the Company reserves the right to cancel the transaction and issue a full refund prior to dispatch.

  •

3. Ordering, Payments, and Transactions

  • Payment Methods: We accept secure online payments via authorized South African payment gateways (such as credit/debit card transactions) as well as direct Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).

  • Payment Clearance: For security and fraud prevention, all funds must clear and reflect in our official commercial bank account before manufacturing begins, collections are authorized, or delivery logistics are finalized.

  • Order Acceptance: The receipt of an automated email confirmation does not signify our ultimate acceptance of an order. We reserve the right to decline or limit order volumes based on stock availability, shipping limitations to remote regions, or manufacturing lead times.

  •

4. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss

  • Logistical Agreements: Delivery terms, lead times, and associated fees are detailed on our dedicated Shipping Policy page and mirrored at checkout.

  • Delivery Execution: Delivery is fulfilled via third-party freight couriers or our dedicated corporate transport team. While we maintain a strict schedule, estimated delivery dates are guidelines and the Company cannot be held financially liable for minor delays caused by third-party courier services or extreme weather conditions.

  • Transfer of Risk: Ownership and risk of damage or loss pass directly to the buyer upon successful physical delivery and signature at the designated drop-off address or upon collection from our Malmesbury facility.

5. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

All cancellation requests, change-of-mind choices, and defective item returns are handled strictly in accordance with our transparent Return and Refund Policy, which complies with South African consumer guidelines.

  • Custom-fabricated structures (including custom mobile kitchens, modified office containers, or bespoke industrial machinery orders) cannot be canceled or refunded once manufacturing has officially commenced, except in instances of verified structural or manufacturing defects.

6. Warranty and Liability Limitations

  • Equipment Warranties: New industrial equipment and catering appliances carry specific manufacturer warranties, which are detailed on individual product listings or invoices.

  • Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable South African law, Professional Supply Source shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages—including but not limited to loss of business revenue, operational downtime, or spoiled stock—arising out of the utilization, delayed delivery, or mechanical failure of any product purchased from our catalog.

7. Intellectual Property

All content hosted on this Site, including text layouts, brand logos, custom graphics, button layout designs, and product descriptions, is the explicit intellectual property of Professional Supply Source and its manufacturing partners. Any unauthorized copying, mirroring, or distribution of this material for commercial reproduction is strictly prohibited.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any formal disputes arising from transactions or use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts within the Western Cape province.

9. Modifications to Terms
