🛒 How to Place Your Order Online

Follow these simple steps to select your equipment, secure your delivery options, and finalize your purchase.

Step 1: Browse & Select Your Products

  • Search or Browse: Use the search bar at the top of the page to find specific equipment by name, or explore our curated product categories and promotional combo deals.

  • View Product Details: Click on any item to view its complete technical specifications, dimensions, and features.

   • Adjust Quantity: If you require multiple units of an item, adjust the quantity field using the up/down arrows or by typing the required amount directly into the box.

Step 2: Add to Cart & Proceed to Checkout

  • Add to Cart: Click the "Add to Cart" button. A confirmation pop-up will appear.

  • Review or Continue: If you need more items, close the pop-up to continue shopping. If your selection is complete, click "Checkout".

  • Review Order: Take a moment to verify your items and quantities in your digital cart before proceeding to the final payment steps.

Step 3: Provide Delivery & Shipping Preferences

  • Customer Information: Fill in your contact details and the precise physical address where you would like your order delivered. Click "Continue to Shipping".

  • Select Fulfillment Method: In the shipping notes section, please specify your preferred fulfillment method:

    1. Store Collection: Secure collection directly from our warehouse.

    2. Door-to-Door Courier Delivery: Delivery arranged directly to your business or site address.

   • Submit Order: Click the "Place Your Order and Pay" button at the bottom of the page to submit your request to our system.

💳 Step 4: Invoice Generation & Secure Payment

📋 Please Note: To guarantee accurate freight calculations and product availability for heavy commercial equipment, we utilize a secure, manual invoicing process.

  1. Agent Review: Once your order is submitted online, a dedicated sales representative will immediately review it to confirm stock availability and calculate optimal shipping rates.

  2. Pro-Forma Invoice: An official pro-forma tax invoice will be generated and emailed directly to you.

  3. Secure Payment: You can finalize your transaction using either Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or a Direct Bank Deposit using the banking details and reference number provided on your invoice.

• 4. Order Dispatch: Your equipment will be prepared for collection or dispatched for courier delivery immediately upon receipt of your payment confirmation.
