We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on our bestselling eligible brands. If these products do not meet your expectations:

  • Return the product within 30 days of purchase.

  • Provide valid proof of purchase.

  • Receive a full refund of the purchase price or store credit.

2. Standard Return Policy (14 Days)

For all other products, we offer a 14-day standard return or exchange window, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Condition: Items must be in re-saleable condition, unused, and in original packaging (including manuals and accessories).

  • Documentation: A valid proof of purchase must be presented.

  • Exclusions: Please note that Non-Fragile products are not eligible for "change of mind" returns.

3. Proof of Purchase

All returns, refunds, or warranty claims must be accompanied by one of the following:

  • Original purchase receipt (sent via email for online orders).

  • Original return/exchange receipt.

Note on Missing Receipts: If you cannot provide a receipt, Professional Supply Source may, at its discretion, offer an exchange for the item's current value, provided we can verify the original purchase and the item is in its original, unused condition.

4. Shipping and Logistics

  • Change of Mind: Shipping charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

  • Flat-Rate Returns: We offer a fixed-rate return shipping fee through our delivery partners. Please contact us to utilize this service.

  • In-Person Returns: Returns can be made in person at our physical location.

5. Warranty & Defective Goods

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault:

  • Contact us immediately. We will coordinate a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty.

  • Cost Coverage: For verified faulty or damaged goods, Professional Supply Source may, at its discretion, cover the original shipping charges and the return freight costs.
