Delivery Policy & Guidelines

Domestic Deliveries: Professional Supply Source offers complimentary (free) delivery on all domestic orders within the Western Cape Province.
Out of Province Deliveries: A supplementary delivery cost will be incurred for all orders outside the Western Cape. This fee is calculated based on destination location, item size/weight, and total order value.
Large Items: Please note that a supplementary delivery cost may apply to exceptionally oversized items.

Drop-off Location: Delivery of cooking machines, refrigeration, flat-pack items, and most furniture products will be made to the ground floor/customer location entry point only.
Exclusions: Standard delivery does not include negotiating lifts or stairs, nor does it include unpacking, positioning, or assembling items.
Access & Fit: Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that ordered products will fit through doorways, corridors, and into their premises. Professional Supply Source accepts no responsibility for items that do not fit.
Aborted Deliveries: Any carriage charges resulting from an aborted delivery due to access issues or customer absence will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

If you are arranging your own collection (personally or via a third-party courier), please adhere to the following guidelines:

Vehicle Adequacy: Confirm the actual box dimensions with our call center prior to arrival to ensure your vehicle is adequate. Warehouse staff reserve the right to refuse loading any vehicle deemed unfit to safely transport the items.
Refrigeration Transport: All refrigeration equipment must be transported in an upright position at all times.
Transfer of Liability: Customers or their couriers are required to thoroughly inspect the order and packaging before departure. All responsibility for the condition of the goods transfers to the customer at the point of collection.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 to 2 business days, subject to stock availability and product type.

Following payment confirmation, estimated transit times are as follows:

National Deliveries (Out of Province)3 – 5 business days
