  • The 2 pan gas fryer is manufactured from 1.2mm  Stainless Steel 430 grade.

  • Gas fryer consists of 2 x 20 litre oil pans that are individually heated and controlled.

  • Cooking temperature is maintained by means of a Eurosit Gas valve. The valve is fitted with a three way pilot burner as well as thermocouple.

  • Each pan is heated by means of one burner, each burner has a maximum output of 90 000 BTU/h.

  • The gas fryers have been tested and approved by the LP Gas safety association.
